文藻境外生共學方案 2024 Wenzao Overseas Student Pay-It-Forward Mentorship Project

由本校學位境外學生擔任輔導學伴，引薦海內外親友申請本校113學年度第1學期入學，錄取註冊後，擔任輔導學伴學位境外生及入學境外新生113學年度第1學期均獲共學金5000元台幣，並由引薦境外生擔任學伴，協助入學境外新生學習適應。

Overseas students of Wenzao are invited to serve their overseas friends or family members abroad and/or in Taiwan as mentors and help them apply to Wenzao for the Fall semester enrollment in 2024. Upon successful admission and registration, both the mentors and the incoming overseas freshmen for the 2024 academic year will receive a bursary of NT$5,000. Additionally, the mentors should assist incoming overseas freshmen in their studies and life at Wenzao.

 

申請方式Application method：

1. 填寫「文藻境外在校生參與共學方案申請表」並在113年3月31日前繳交申請表至文藻國合處境外組。
   Fill out the “2024 Wenzao Overseas Student Pay-It-Forward Mentorship Project” application form and submit it to SOSA, OICC, Wenzao before March 31^st, 2024.
2. 在113學年入學申請期限前協助海外或在台親人朋友完成申請就讀文藻碩士班或四技班。(碩士班申請期限113年5月31日；四技班申請期限113年6月30日)
   Provide necessary assistance for your family or friend overseas or abroad with their application to Wenzao’s master’s or bachelor’s programs. The application process should be completed before the deadlines (May 31^st, 2024 for the master’s and June 30^th, 2024 for the bachelor’s).
3. 你所協助申請入學的新生完成註冊入學並繳付學費後，協助新生完成選課等學務或校務相關工作並介紹校內學習和校外生活環境。
   After the assisted freshman overseas student is successfully enrolled in Wenzao and completed with tuition payment, you, as the mentor, help the freshman student deal with his/her academic and/or administrative tasks such as course selection and getting to know the campus and neighborhood.
4. 下載並填寫文藻外語大學『113學年境外生共學紀錄表』，於113年10月31日前繳交紀錄表至文藻國合處境外組。
   Download and fill out “2024 Wenzao Overseas Student Pay-It-Forward Mentorship Record.” Submit the record to SOSA, OICC, and Wenzao before October 31^st, 2024.
5. 境外組確認共學紀錄表內容符合規定後，輔導學伴舊生以及入學新生即可獲得共學金5000元。
   Once the record is verified by SOSA, the mentor overseas student and the mentee freshman overseas student will each be awarded a bursary of 5,000 NT dollars.

註.申請入學新生如獲本校全額(免)獎學金，將不得領取共學金。(Note. Freshman overseas students awarded Wenzao’s full scholarship will NOT be eligible for the bursary.)
