A1:依中央健康保險署規定,須在台灣居留連續滿6個月且中途離境未超過30日,才可加入健保。如有需要,請至境外學生事務組找賴知言專員填寫申請表。(依規定,陸生在台期間皆無法投保全民降康保險)
Q1: How to apply for health insurance?
A1: According to the regulations of the National Health Insurance Administration, individuals must reside continuously in Taiwan for at least 6 months without leaving for more than 30 days to be eligible for health insurance. If needed, please go to the Overseas Student Affairs Office and find officer Lai ChihYen to fill out the application form. (According to regulations, mainland Chinese students cannot enroll in the National Health Insurance during their stay in Taiwan.)
Q2:健保收費多少?
A2:健保每月收費新台幣826元。
僑生如提供清寒證明,補助後收費新台幣413元(部分由僑委會負擔)
境外學生保險費會開立在學雜費繳費單中,如未繳清,視為未完成註冊程序。
Q2: How much is the health insurance fee?
A2: The health insurance fee is NT$826 per month. Overseas Chinese students, with proof of financial hardship, may receive a subsidy, reducing the fee to NT$413 (partially covered by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Commission). The insurance fee will be included in the tuition payment, and failure to pay will be considered incomplete registration.
Q3:申辦健保後,不慎遺失健保卡,該如何處理?
A3:請備妥2吋個人相片彩色大頭照片1張、居留證正反面正影本一份及補卡費用新台幣200元至郵局辦理。
Q3: After applying for health insurance, if the health insurance card is accidentally lost, how should it be handled?
A3: Get ready with a 2-inch color passport photo, a copy of both sides of your ARC, and NT$200 for the replacement fee. Then, head to the post office to sort out the replacement.
