(star)According to the requirements of the National Health Insurance Act of Taiwan, all international students who stay in Taiwan for more than 6 months are required to join the insurance program. Please register using the form below. Please note that the registration will only be effective after the payment is completed. The monthly fee is NT$826, and the payment is based on a semester as a unit. After meeting the waiting period requirements, please upload the information registration form and go to the SOSA office to collect the payment slip. After the payment is completed, we'll submit the card application.
(star)Waiting period regulations: If you leave Taiwan more than twice or for more than 30 days at a time within 6 months of arriving in Taiwan, the 6-month period will be recalculated. If you leave the country for less than 30 days, the 6-month period will be extended by the number of days you were away.
(star)應本國全民健保法要求所有境外學生抵達臺灣境內超過6個月者強制加保，請至下列表單登記，請注意須先完成繳費後方可生效，單月台幣826元以1學期為繳費單位，待符合等待期規定後請上傳資料登記表單並前往境外組(SOSA)辦公室領取繳費單，待繳費完成後送出製卡申請。
(star)等待期規定: 如抵達臺灣後6個月內有出境超過2次或單次超過30日以上則須重新計算6個月，出境30日以下則以6個月後延長單次出境日數往後推延。

To apply for group medical insurance, please register using the form below. Please note that coverage will only take effect after payment is completed (NT$3,000 per semester). The deadline for registration is next Monday (Feb 17). Please complete the registration and come to the SOSA office to collect your payment slip. Coverage is expected to begin the following week.
如需加保團體醫療保險，請至下列表單登記，請注意須先完成繳費後方可生效(一學期臺幣3000元)，請於下周一(2/17)前完成登記並前往境外組(SOSA)辦公室領取繳費單，加保生效日預計於下周開始。
