有關印尼歸僑協會「印尼僑生急難救助金實施計畫」申請訊息 Emergency Relief Fund for Indonesian Overseas Chinese Students

一、為配合政府照顧僑生在臺就學生活政策，並強化對印尼僑生之 支持系統，中華民國印尼歸僑協會設立「印尼僑生急難救助金」，提供在學期間遭遇重 大傷病、意外事故或家庭變故致生活困難之印尼僑生必要之緊急協 助。

二、近年來來臺就學之印尼僑生人數逐年增加，相關急難求助案件 亦隨之提升。本會持續接獲學生或學校反映，顯示該項協助資源具 實際需求與急迫性。

三、本計畫補助項目包含緊急生活扶助、醫療補助及喪葬補助，採 專案審查機制辦理，並由本會專款專用，以確保資源妥善運用。

Purpose In alignment with the government's policy to support overseas Chinese students studying in Taiwan and to strengthen the support system for Indonesian students, the Indonesian Overseas Chinese Association (IOCA) has established the "Emergency Relief Fund for Indonesian Overseas Chinese Students." This fund provides crucial emergency assistance to Indonesian students facing financial hardships due to major illnesses, serious injuries, accidents, or sudden family emergencies during their studies.

2. Background The number of Indonesian overseas Chinese students pursuing degrees in Taiwan has grown steadily in recent years, leading to an increase in emergency relief requests. Reports and feedback from both students and universities consistently highlight the practical need and urgency for such supportive resources.

3. Scope of Subsidy & Mechanism The relief fund covers emergency living assistance, medical subsidies, and funeral financial aid. All applications are processed through a special review mechanism, and the funds are strictly dedicated to ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately and effectively.
