有關申請臺灣僑委會115年度「受理捐贈僑生獎助學金」Application for 2026 OCAC Donated Scholarships

一、旨揭獎助學金，係本會受理全球海內外僑民、團體、公司及社會各界人士捐贈獎助學金，以獎助優秀在學僑生，爰凡符合各類獎項所定申請條件及下列申請資格者均得提出
申請：
(一)就讀國內大專以上校院在學僑生及港澳生（大學、研究所二年級以上始得申請，專科需為四年級以上；大學一年級得以師大僑先部秋季班結業成績申請）。
(二)未領取本會「114年度傑出及學行優良僑生獎學金」者。
(三)本獎助學金之申請，以各級學校所規定之修業年限為準，凡留級、重讀、延畢及研究所一年級在學僑生，均不得申請。
(四)需持有本會i僑卡。
二、相關辦理事項作業如下：
(一)請周知貴校僑生同學提出申請，申請學生需於115年3月6日前至本會「獎學金申請系統」（網址：https://scholarship.ocac.gov.tw/）線上填寫申請資料，填妥後匯出申請表及相關證件黏貼單（請依說明勾選、妥善黏貼並簽名），並檢附113學年度上下學期中文成績單（申請僑生如為海外僑校教師子女者，應檢附家長現任職僑校服務證明；倘為清寒家庭子弟，併提供清寒證明），向就讀學校提出申請。
三、檢送115年度「受理捐贈僑生獎助學金」之獎項一覽表、線上申請操作手冊各乙份(如附件)請參考。

Objective and Eligibility These scholarships are established through donations from overseas compatriot individuals, groups, companies, and various sectors of society to support outstanding overseas compatriot students. Students who meet the specific requirements for each award and the following general eligibility criteria may apply:

I. Academic Standing: Currently enrolled overseas compatriot students and students from Hong Kong and Macau studying at universities or colleges in Taiwan.

University/Graduate Students: Must be in their second year or above.
Junior College Students: Must be in their fourth year or above.
Freshmen: May apply using their completion grades from the autumn term of the NTNU Division of Preparatory Programs for Overseas Compatriot Students.

Exclusivity: Applicants must not have received the OCAC "2025 Scholarship for Outstanding and Meritorious Overseas Compatriot Students."

Study Period: Applications are limited to the standard duration of study prescribed by the school. Students who are repeating a grade, retaking courses, extending their graduation, or are in their first year of a graduate program are not eligible.

Identification: Applicants must hold a valid OCAC i-僑卡 (i-Overseas Card).

II. Application Procedures

Schools are requested to notify eligible students to apply.

Online Registration: Students must complete their application on the "OCAC Scholarship Application System" (URL: https://scholarship.ocac.gov.tw/) before March 6, 2026.

Submission: After completing the online form, students must export and print the application form and the relevant document attachment sheet (please check the appropriate boxes, attach documents securely, and sign).

Required Documents: Submit the printed forms along with the Chinese transcript for both semesters of the 2024 academic year to your school's designated office.

Note: Children of current overseas compatriot school teachers must provide proof of parental employment. Students from low-income families should provide a certificate of financial hardship.
