敦泰年富獎助學金 Dun Tai Nien Fu Scholarship for Economically Disadvantaged Outstanding Students

一、申請資格

Eligibility

(一)本校修業年限內不限國籍之在學學生 (不含新生、轉學生、復學生、研究生、延修生)。

Currently enrolled students of the University, regardless of nationality, within the normal study period. (Excluding new students, transfer students, returning students, graduate students, and those extending their study period.)

(二)前一學年學業成績平均70 分以上且達班上前30%、操行成績80 分以上且無申誡

A minimum average academic grade of 70 or above for the previous academic year and ranking within the top 30% of their class. A conduct grade of 80 or above, with no disciplinary record of reprimand or higher.

(三)低收入戶、中低收入戶、特殊境遇家庭子女、家境清寒或家庭突遭變故經師長推薦者。

Students from low-income or lower-middle-income households, families with special circumstances, or those from financially disadvantaged backgrounds as recommended by faculty members.

(四)同一學期未領取校外單位捐贈本校之獎助學金新臺幣5,000元以上者。

Applicants must not have received other external scholarships or financial aid donated to the University amounting to NT$5,000 or more in the same semester.

二、獎助金額：新臺幣2萬元。(經費如無餘款即停止辦理)

Scholarship amount: Each recipient will receive NT$20,000. (Distribution will cease once funds are depleted.)

(二)前一學年度全學年(含上下學期)成績單及獎懲紀錄

Academic transcript for the entire previous academic year (including both semesters), and a record of rewards and punishments.

(三)清寒證明文件：(擇一)

Proof of financial hardship (choose one):

低收入戶、中低收入戶、特殊境遇家庭子女證明

Certificate for low-income households, lower-middle-income households, or families under special circumstances.

師長推薦書(須載明家境困難點及就學狀況)

Faculty recommendation letter indicating financial hardship and study performance.

(四)其他利於審核(如：參賽獲獎、志願服務…等)之相關證明文件(非必要條件，無則免附)。

Other supporting documents beneficial for review (optional), such as certificates for competition awards or volunteer service.

四、申請時間、方式及審查

Application time, method, and review

(一)申請時間：114年11月5日至12月1日

Application time: Nov 5th ~ Dec 1st, 2025

(二)申請方式：於上述申請時間內備妥應備文件繳交至境外學生事務組，逾期不予受理。

Application method: Submit the above-mentioned required documents to the Section of Overseas Student Affairs before the end of the application.

(三)審查方式

Application review

1.初審：境外組審核申請資格，學業成績同分者以操行成績及排名較高者為優先，審核通過名單統一由生活輔導組彙整提送敦泰企業有限公司複審。

Preliminary Review: SOSA will review the applicants’ eligibility. In case of identical academic scores, applicants with higher conduct grades and class rankings will be prioritized. The preliminary list will be compiled by the Section of Student Assistance and Counseling and forwarded to Linkiss Global Group for final review.

2.複審：由敦泰企業有限公司遴選後通知生活輔導組獲獎名單。

Final Review: Linkiss Global Group selects the recipients and informs the Section of Student Assistance and Counseling.

五、境外組公告獲獎名單並簡訊通知獲獎者。

SOSA will announce the final list and notify recipients via text message.

六、獲獎者義務

Scholarship recipient obligation

獲獎者須於公告獲獎兩週內撰寫感謝卡交由境外組彙整寄送敦泰企業有限公司。

Scholarship recipients must submit a thank-you card within two weeks of the award announcement to the administrative office, which will forward all cards to Linkiss Global Group.
